30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund:
Simply email us at hello@helpfulpdfguide.com with your order number 
in the subject line. We'll process your refund within 2 business days, 
no questions asked, no forms to fill out.

What's covered:
- All digital guides purchased directly from helpfulpdfguide.com
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

What's NOT covered:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (Amazon, etc.) — those 
  follow the third party's refund policy

Note on digital products:
Because our products are digital PDFs delivered instantly, we cannot 
"recover" the file after purchase. We trust our customers and rely on 
your honesty. We've found that the vast majority of moms who buy our 
guides love them — and we'd rather refund the few who don't than make 
the experience stressful for anyone.
